Responsible Gambling
Gambling is 18+. Check your own limits and play time.
Free counselling
The GGL refers players to the free counselling of the BIÖG (Federal Institute for Public Health). Operators licensed in Germany must inform players about the risks of gambling and refer them to counselling services (in German).
Exclusion via OASIS
OASIS is the nationwide exclusion system covering all forms of gambling; it is run by the gambling supervisory authority of Hesse. Excluded players may not take part. Operators licensed in Germany must check the register before play and may not urge anyone to lift an exclusion.
Deposit limit via LUGAS
At operators licensed in Germany, every player sets a monthly deposit limit that applies across all operators; without a limit there is no play. It is monitored through the LUGAS limit file. The limit resets on the first day of each month.
Warning signs
These are reasons to talk to a counselling service:
- You play longer or with more money than planned.
- You look for operators so that you do not have to keep to your own limit or exclusion.
- You try to win back losses.
- You borrow money or hide your gambling.
No operator, no player accounts
OhneLimitGuide shows limits and game rules from recorded sources. We do not offer gambling and do not hold player accounts.
Where the protection rules apply
The OASIS check, the LUGAS deposit limit, the stake limit and the 5-second rule apply to operators licensed under the German State Treaty on Gambling. Which operators these are is shown in the official GGL whitelist.
Where limits and exclusions are set
Personal limits and exclusions are set by each operator in its own player account. How this works at a given casino is stated in its terms. OhneLimitGuide holds no accounts and cannot set an exclusion itself.
