Rabona Casino ohne Limit: deposits, stakes and the 5-second rule

There are two entries for the operator: Naale Limited according to casino.guru, Stellar Ltd according to AskGamblers. The sources also disagree on the founding year, 2018 according to casino.guru and 2019 according to AskGamblers. For a German licence there is no data.

On the licence, the entries diverge widely. According to casino.guru, Rabona has no valid licence. AskGamblers, by contrast, names PAGCOR and the Anjouan Gaming Board. The data sheet contains no licence number. For the field „German licence“ there is no data.

Under § 9 Abs. 8 GlüStV, the GGL publishes an official list (whitelist) of operators and intermediaries holding a permit or concession under the GlüStV 2021. The list is updated at least once a month. A check of this list against Rabona is not part of the available data.

On German law: under § 22a Abs. 8 GlüStV, accumulating stakes or winnings for future winnings is prohibited for virtual slot games (jackpot ban). § 22a Abs. 10 adds: „Das gleichzeitige Spielen von mehreren virtuellen Automatenspielen ist verboten.“ No source says whether Rabona allows several slots at the same time. Under § 22a Abs. 5 GlüStV, virtual slot games run only in euro and cent, conversion into other currencies is prohibited. Under § 22a Abs. 3, the payout ratio and the win probability of the top prize must be clearly displayed. Under § 6e Abs. 2 GlüStV, random number generators must be tested by independent experts before they are put into use and at least once a year, with the results going to the authority.
